What we do!

We sing all the songs you know and love whilst adding our own acoustic spin – we can perform chilled out sets as a perfect backdrop for canapés and cocktails, or we can offer upbeat music to get everyone singing along and dancing.

Meet the band!

Lisa

Lisa is a versatile singer and actress with a background in musical theatre. After completing a three-year course in musical theatre, Lisa ventured into the music scene, performing extensively throughout the county. She toured musicals and appeared at prominent events such as Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe. Alongside her stage performances, Lisa is also the front woman of the 7-piece funk band “Killer Tango” and has worked as a session singer, collaborating with emerging producers and upcoming singers. Her musical style draws inspiration from acclaimed artists like Larkin Poe, Adele, The Civil Wars, Hozier, Etta James, KT Tunstall, and Brandi Carlile. Those influences blending soulful vibes with a dash of rock and folk to her singing.

Lucille Ball – “Ability is of little account without opportunity.”

Jimmy

Jimmy is a session guitarist, composer, producer & coffee nerd. With over 65 albums of library music for TV he’s written tracks for everything from CBBC to Clarkson’s Farm, TopGear and Horizon in the UK and countless things Worldwide that he doesn’t know what the programs are about because he doesn’t speak the language!

As a session guitarist he has worked with many artists including Divinity Rox (Beyonce), Clare Uchima (Harry styles), 911, Mike Rutherford, Henry Moody, Susie Wilkins.

Jimmy loves all things guitar – country, rock, blues, funk, soul, rnb, acoustic, jazz and a bit of metal from time to time and can play 8-16 bars of all that stuff convincingly enough that you think he’s alright. Just don’t ask for more 🙂

You can find Jimmy’s links and commercially released TV music on Spotify via his website jimmygreenmusic.com

Alastair

Oscar

Oscar is a wickedly talented drummer who embarked on his music journey at age 7, initially playing piano before turning to the drums. Influenced by rock and pop artists like Royal Blood and Guns N’ Roses, He later transitioned to jazz and funk, joining the Kingston Youth Jazz Band and eventually the Kingston Youth Big Band. Oscar has performed at esteemed venues such as The Hideaway Jazz Club, ‘Ain’t Nothing but the Blues’ Bar, The Rose Theatre and also toured Southern France. Alongside his involvement with Kingston Music Service, he collaborated with indie artists, played at renowned venues like Google Headquarters and 02 Islington, and formed a trio performing at upscale bars. Oscar later joined Lisa and Alex where he showcased his brilliant Cajon skills. While having a great time and building his technique with the band, Oscar cherishes the joke by Dave Grohl: “What’s the last thing the drummer said before he got kicked out of the band? ‘Hey, I wrote a song.'”
